Creative, interactive workshops to prevent burnout and build resilience
Burnout isn’t just an individual challenge—it’s cultural. Even in thoughtful, well-intentioned organizations, teams can find themselves stretched too thin, disengaged, or on the edge of burnout. The good news: workplaces can also be powerful sites of healing, growth, and prevention.
I partner with workplaces, schools, and nonprofits to design engaging, interactive programs that support resilience, well-being, and inclusivity. Drawing on my background as a social justice educator and training in Theatre of the Oppressed, I create workshops that are experiential, creative, and tailored to your community’s needs.

A hands-on, interactive workshop where participants use art, movement, and play to release stress and recharge. Together, we’ll look at how stress impacts the body, mind, and sense of accomplishment at work. Along the way, we’ll build a practical toolkit of stress-busting strategies you can use anytime, on the job and beyond.

Spending time in nature lowers stress, sparks creativity, and offers a powerful sense of renewal. This workshop combines the restorative effects of the outdoors with the grounding potential of art-making. No art experience needed—it’s all about the process, not the product. For NYC-based teams, I’ll help you find the perfect local green space so your staff can reset without leaving the city.

For those in helping professions, the work is deeply rewarding—and deeply taxing. Exposure to pain, need, and trauma can quietly wear down wellbeing over time. This workshop explores the reality of compassion fatigue and secondary traumatic stress, helping participants recognize the signs and learn strategies to release, heal, and reset—so they can keep doing the meaningful work they love.

Sometimes a workplace or community experiences a collective shock—grief, trauma, or another major stressor—that ripples through the whole team. These one-time or short-term sessions create a safe space for reflection, processing, and healing. Flexible in format, they can be tailored for groups or individuals, depending on your team’s needs and culture.

Preventing burnout also means creating environments where people feel safe and valued. I offer LGBTQ+ inclusivity trainings for professionals across fields—including healthcare providers, educators, and social workers. These workshops boost staff wellbeing and strengthen client and community relationships by fostering true inclusivity and respect.
